How to write a proper ad
- Title: Always put a good title. I you are selling a Car the title should not be “Car” this will not help a buyer to find your ad. An example of a good title is “Frod Fucus 1.9D 2006”
- Keywords: Keywords are very important because they will help when a buyer is searching for your item. To decide on the right keywords ask you self if I was to search for this type of item in Google what would I type in the search box
- Category: Select the category that best matches your item.
- Price: By entering, a price for the items will help avoid getting calls and emails just to find out the price. If you had no price it may put off buyers
- Item Description: The description should contain as much details as possible about the item you are selling. A good description well will significantly increase the chances of a successful sale.
- Upload a picture: Ads with photos are more viewed by buyers compared to ads with no photo. Therefore, by uploading a photo to your ad will increase the possibility of selling your item. A photo will gives the potential buyers a very good idea what the item is like and the condition of the. Furthermore A good photo could reduce the number of buyers who are calling you just for basic information.
How to Place an Ad
- If you have not already registered as a user on the website, you will need to register.
- Login to your user account.
- Click on the “Add Classified Ads” button
- Complete the “Place Classified Item” page
- Click the “Post Ad”
- At this stage your ad will join a queue for approval. The site admin will normally approve ads with less than 24 hours.
MY item is sold how do cancel my ad
- Login with your user account
- Click on the “Manage Ads Button”
- The list of all your ads will display.
- On the right side of the ad that you want to stop click on the “Mark as Sold” option.
How many pictures can you add to a classified add?
Each ads only accepts one picture.
What type of photos can I upload to an ad?
We recommend that file should be 100kb or smaller in size. Out website will accept jpeg or gif format

Placing a tender on the website is free.
How to you view tender information?
If you are interested in contacting someone in relation to their tender you will need to be a subscribed member to the tender section of this website. All member who have subscribed to the tender section, just have to login to their account, click the view all tender info and they will bed a detailed view of all the tender information. If you are not subscribed to the tender section, you will only see a summery view of the tender section.
What is a Tender?
A tender is where you have a job and you are looking for people to give you a quote on how much it would cost for them to complete your work. An example is you want to build you new house so you but a tender on the website with the details of your new house and builder can review your details and get back to you with the best quote.
What happens if I place an ad for a item i am selling under the tender section?
The tender section is for tenders only any data not related to a tender will be deleted.
Business Directory
How to get you business listed on the Business directory?
- Register as a website user
- Login to your user account
- Click the “Add local Business” button
- Complete the “Add your Business page, and click the “Add Business” button
- Go back to the “My Account” window.
- Pay your business subscription. You have a choice of a 12 month or 24 month subscription period.
- Once your payment has been received, your business will be listed in the business directory.
